Manufacturing & Uses of Iron Oxide

Iron Oxide:

There is a natural Iron Oxide and Synthetic Iron Oxide from the steel mill.

When they produce the cold steel rolling plate in steel mill, they wash the plate by hydrochloric acid to remove the impurities. We produce Iron Oxide by extracting (Fe₂O₃) from the used Acid.

Uses of Iron Oxide:

EG's Iron Oxide is mainly used for industrial material of soft and hard ferrite and basic material of pigments according to its color and impurities concentration.

Team Power Activity-2023 (1st half)

The Company organized the Employee team power activity at Encore Boutique Resort Mulshi on 28th July 2022 and all the employees departed in the company bus as per the schedule under the supervision of the management. As scheduled we all reached the accommodation and started the program. Respected Managing Director Sir encouraged all the employees in his speech. Also, birthday wishes and gift cards were given to the employees whose birthday is in the current month. Also, an award was presented for achieving zero accidents in the first half of the year. And then encouraged all employees for play activities. All the staff enjoyed it a lot and then we left after finishing the program with Dinner.

1st Prize Winner of Posco Family Company Cricket League Cup - 2023

The annual sport function was held on dated 23rd Feb 2023, by Posco Family Company on Posco Maharashtra Steel Ground. On that day, the atmosphere of the Company took a festive look. A great interest was observed among the all employees. All of them came in a large number to enjoy the sports program. 11 team were participating in the sport program. Honorable Posco DMD Sir of Posco Maharashtra Steel was the chief guest and the Managing Director of all the family Company was the special guest. The guest arrived at 9.30 am. Before the event began, the names of the competitor teams were called out on the ground. The team players were lined up and play national anthem. Afte that, start the Cricket on the ground. We got 1st prize in the Cricket. The guest was highly pleased at our performance. They encourage us to take part in sports and games. Then DMD Sir announced the name of the prize winner.
